What happens when my trial ends?
Your data stays safe and your client gallery links continue to work (read-only). You just can't create new projects or send new invoices until you upgrade. No data is ever deleted.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your billing page. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated.
How do client payments work?
SnapProof uses Stripe Connect. You connect your own Stripe account during onboarding and receive payments directly. We never hold your money — it goes straight to you.
What file sizes do you support?
Up to 150MB per image, which covers Sony A1 RAW files and Hasselblad medium format. We generate optimized thumbnails and watermarked versions automatically.
Can my clients see my other clients?
Never. Each client gallery is PIN-protected and completely isolated. Clients only see their own project — nothing else.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of a paid plan, we'll refund you in full. No questions asked.
